Since 2016, I’ve teamed up directly with independent authors, editorial agencies, and small presses to help writers get published. My bachelor’s degree in communication and my love for high-quality literature and genre fiction led me into the editing realm from a background in business administration, and I’ve brought all my passion for helping businesses succeed into the book publishing world.
As an active member of the Editorial Freelancers Association since 2017, I have volunteered all over the southeastern and central United States. In 2018, I founded the EFA’s Georgia chapter and spent four years as one of its co-coordinators, which has been one of my most rewarding and incredible professional experiences to date. I have invested my heart and expertise into several local chapters and worked to foster community and continued education among editors and writers in Texas, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Florida, and Arkansas.
In my spare time, I write fantasy and historical fiction, blog about my Christian faith and life, and help facilitate a critique group for editors to keep our creative spark alive. On beautiful days, you’ll often find me on a forest trail or at a park enjoying time with my family and friends.
